1. We treat every one with absolute privacy, that is why the system will release your contacts info to any other party only when you approve so .
2. Also you will NOT be able to view other party info during your CV or Job Search .
3. Only Section B of CV / Job Ad will be posted by system when you post your CV or Job Such as, your work experiences, skills, education etc. will be displayed for public to view.
4. Only Recruiters / Headhunters will be able to sponsor your CV upon your approval .
5. Posted CVs or Jobs will be activated in the system only after they are sponsored .
6. There will no direct contact between an applicant and an employer what so ever, contact will only be between applicants and Recruiters / Headhunters only.
7. Only Recruiters / Headhunters will be able to Sponsor CVs and jobs.
8. Job Industry = ( CV or Ad / Job Industry ) , Job Title = ( CV or Ad / Job Title ).
9. Job Industry Applying for = ( Ad / Job Industry ) , Position Apllying for = ( Ad / Job Title ).

11. The system will release your contacts info into the inbox of a sponsoring Recruiter / Headhunter only after your approval.
12. Also you will NOT be able to view the contacts info of an Employer / Recruiter / Headhunter during your Job Search.
13. Only the details of (Section B of your CV) will be posted by system when you post your CV, Such as, your work experiences, skills, education etc. will be displayed for public to see.
14. Only Recruiters / Headhunters will be able to sponsor your CV upon your approval.
15. There will no direct contact between an applicant and an employer what so ever, contacts will only be between applicants and Recruiters / Headhunters only.
16. Only Recruiters / Headhunters will be able to Sponsor CVs and jobs.
17. Primary Job Industry = ( CV / Job Industry ) , Primary profession = ( CV / Job Title ).
18. Current Job Industry = ( Current / Job Industry ) , Current Profession = ( Current / Job Title ).
19. Job Industry Applying for = ( Ad / Job Industry ) , Position Apllying for = ( Ad / Job Title ).

 Inhouse Mandatory Posting Status :
Note : The CV must initially be posted in the country of agency's practicing office (country of CV origin) Once it posted, it can simultaneously be reposted to other selected ( country / countries ) during the mandatory 45-days sponsoring period, mandatory sponsoring must be applied to the CV in both the country of CV origin and any other country where it is posted. After the mandatory period ends, the applicant has the option to change the type of sponsoring to multiple , exclusive or neutral and can repost CV to other selected ( country / countries ) and grant new sponsoring to new ( Recruiters / Headhunters ) worldwide .
